Dari Jumaat lepas Mina da request suh buatkan roti..
Mummy x larat nak membuatnya, barang2 dah beli tapi badan ni lemah semacam..
Agaknya asik mendukung Mya jek…
tambah plak membawak perut yg beso ni ha ekeke

Isnin, apply cuti sebab ade checup..
kul 8am anta Mya umah maklong, Mina ke Smart Reader, Mummy terus ke Puteri, appointment 11.30am oleh kerana pergi sensorg stay jelah kat situ sampai doc tiba hehehe
lebih kurang 1.30pm da sampai umah, solat rehat kejap tapi mintak tolong Daneen kejut 2.30pm andai kata terlelap :)

Kul 2.30 uli doh siap2.. lebih kurang kul 5.30 baru siap bakar, Mina ngan Mya pun balik..
Ingatkan Mya takde lagi cepat buat keje, aduyaiii dengan Daneen lagi lambat semua dia nak tolong, pastu kejap2 kang membuka cling wrap nak picit doh dah naik ke belum huhuhu sudahnya doh malu2 nak naik :(

Nampak tak muka sikit tu, sibuk jek nak enterframe, kata dia kakak dah tolong jadi kna dapat nama jugak… cehhhh

Seperti biasa komen juri Danish “Sos sikit, tak pedas” esoknya dia bawak sekolah bekal siap tambah sos cili & blackpepper hehehe

250 gram Tepung Roti / High Protein
50 gram Margerin (acik guna margerin Pelangi)
50 gram Gula Kastor
1 sudu kecik Yis kering
1/2 sudu kecik Bread Improver
1 sudu kecik Tepung Susu atau Susu Pekat
1/2 sudu kecik Garam Halus
1 biji Telur Gred B
105 ml/gram Air Suam (kalau guna mixer kena letak air sejuk)

Cara-caranya :-

Masukkan semua bahan-bahan dalam 1 bekas kecuali air, yis dan gula…
Sebelum tu kita kena bancuh air suam dan gula…pastu baru letak yis..kacau dan biar hingga berbuih..
Pastu kita masukkan air bancuhan gula dan yis dalam bekas tadi…gaul rata…kemudian kita keluarkan dan uli kat atas dulang…kalau kat rumah ada meja aluminium atau meja marmar lagi senang uli kat atas tu aje..tapi kalau takde, uli atas dulang macam acik ni pun boleh juga… uli guna tangan lebih kurang 5 minit…
Pastu tutup dengan plastik…biarkan selama 30 minit..
Lepas 30 minit, doh pun dah kembang..
Bulat-bulatkan doh…lumurkan tangan dengan sedikit tepung untuk bagi tak melekat sangat kat tangan dan nak bagi doh tu nampak licin sikit..
tutup loyang dan biarkan selama 45minit – 1 jam..
Untuk sapukan atas doh tu, guna 1 biji telur campurkan 2 sudu besar air atau susu segar…
Bila doh dah kembang baru kita sapukan bancuhan telur tu..
Bakar selama 15 – 20 minit pada suhu 180 darjah celcius atau mengikut kesesuaian suhu oven masing-masing..(Mico oven saya 170’c)
Bila dah keluarkan dari oven, kita terus sapukan dengan sedikit margerin untuk bagi nampak berkilat..
